Very Very Bad Experience. It was a big mistake to opt for Pitcrew. I realized to late that Pitcrew does not have their own garages. They source business to local mechanics. I wanted to get my Mahindra Quonto serviced so I had called Pitcrew. Pushkar from their office gave me a very rosy picture of the quality of work carried out by Pitcrew. I was so convinced that I agreed to send my car for servicing at their garage which was at Mankhurd, Mumbai - 19 kms one way distance from my place. Free pick-up and drop of the vehicle was offered. In the morning, I got a call from Firoz. He said that he will take my car for servicing. Since, this was the first time that I had opted for Pitcrew, I told him that I will come along as I want to be present at the garage to see the quality of work. When I reached the garage, I was surprised to see the condition of the garage which was on the road-side. Since, it was a 19 hours one-way drive - I agreed to go ahead with the servicing inspite of my concerns. What a luck that I was present at the garage, I realized how we customers are cheated. Firoz's mechanic - changed Air Filter, Oil Filter and Engine Oil. After which Firoz took the car for washing to a nearby garage. I was surprised. I told him that washing needs to be done at the end. He has to complete the list of other services listed down by Pitcrew in their website. To this, Firoz started arguing. I got into a call with Pushkar again, stating the deficiency of service. It did not help much, Firoz very reluctantly and with lot's of hesitation and argument looked at some more aspects of servicing. AC Cabin Filter was then washed. One front tyre was removed and mechanic saw the brake - I was told that it is in good condition so no need to check the other brake. Among others, 75 point comprehensive car check up was not done. I was so fed-up, I just wanted to get my car back home. I paid Pitcrew 4999/- . This was a waste of my money, time and the worst experience I ever had in 32 years of owning and servicing my car. It was a big big blunder to opt for Pitcrew. My suggestion - Either give the car to authorized dealer or known mechanic but not to the ones like Pitcrew and Firoz.
