Very Very Bad Experience. It was a big mistake to opt for Pitcrew. I realized to late that Pitcrew does not have their own garages. They source business to local mechanics. I wanted to get my Mahindra Quonto serviced so I had called Pitcrew. Pushkar from their office gave me a very rosy picture of the quality of work carried out by Pitcrew. I was so convinced that I agreed to send my car for servicing at their garage which was at Mankhurd, Mumbai - 19 kms one way distance from my place. Free pick-up and drop of the vehicle was offered. In the morning, I got a call from Firoz. He said that he will take my car for servicing. Since, this was the first time that I had opted for Pitcrew, I told him that I will come along as I want to be present at the garage to see the quality of work. When I reached the garage, I was surprised to see the condition of the garage which was on the road-side. Since, it was a 19 hours one-way drive - I agreed to go ahead with the servicing inspite of my concerns. What a luck that I was present at the garage, I realized how we customers are cheated. Firoz's mechanic - changed Air Filter, Oil Filter and Engine Oil. After which Firoz took the car for washing to a nearby garage. I was surprised. I told him that washing needs to be done at the end. He has to complete the list of other services listed down by Pitcrew in their website. To this, Firoz started arguing. I got into a call with Pushkar again, stating the deficiency of service. It did not help much, Firoz very reluctantly and with lot's of hesitation and argument looked at some more aspects of servicing. AC Cabin Filter was then washed. One front tyre was removed and mechanic saw the brake - I was told that it is in good condition so no need to check the other brake. Among others, 75 point comprehensive car check up was not done. I was so fed-up, I just wanted to get my car back home. I paid Pitcrew 4999/- . This was a waste of my money, time and the worst experience I ever had in 32 years of owning and servicing my car. It was a big big blunder to opt for Pitcrew. My suggestion - Either give the car to authorized dealer or known mechanic but not to the ones like Pitcrew and Firoz.

COMPLAINS AND GRIEVANCES Dated: JUNE 2021: This is to inform you of all our official complaints and grievances against M/S AUTORIDERS PLUS at Shivaji Nagar Police station, Gala No 06, Natwar Pareikh compound Ghatkopar Mankhurd Link Road, Near Shivajinagar, Govandi East, Mumbai – 400043 managed by Mr. Sampat Salve, which was introduced through an online portal of M/S PITCREW CAR SERVICE & REPAIR WORKSHOP (https://www.pitcrew.co.in/) herein all together referred as one single entity called “Car Workshop”. We had given our Maruti ALTO K10 Car (2010 Model) on Mon 01-Mar-2021 for complete denting, painting, overall repair, servicing and changing of almost all spare parts which were prone to wear and tear over a period of 11 years, we were given a written estimate with the list of each and every detailed work decided and mutually agreed between us and the Car Workshop in February 2021 with total cost and duration of maximum 15 Days for completion of work. Our car was finally handed over on Fri 02-Apr-2021, 32 days after a marathon visit of last 10-15 days sitting physically at the workshop for almost 5-6 hours daily to monitor the so-called neglected and lowest priority work in the workshop to get behind their technicians to finish our work. We have now discovered a list of detailed work NOT completed despite mentioned in writing and being CHEATED as a customer as this was intentionally hidden behind the newly painted front bumper and never shown or informed to us: 1. As shown in the photo the “Crossmember Front Lower” part is completely rusted and was never touched as it is an important part on which the front bumper and other parts of the car rest their whole weight. The newly painted bumper was actually tied with a metal rope as the Car Workshop were unable to fit any screws on a rusted front lower panel of the car. 2. Hinges Front Hood LH & RH both rusted and broken was NOT changed or repaired on which the complete front hood Bonnet is fixed. 3. All worn-out Rubber liners were never replaced with new ones hence causing leakages inside the car due to rains. 4. The list is too long as many more such faults were NOT repaired or replaced despite written instructions and charges charged for the same. We are sorry to recommend that NO one should give your Car for any work to this type of “Car Workshop”, who cheats the customer by doing an incomplete work despite having ample time to complete and payments made on time by the customer.
