PITCREW IS A BIG CHEAT. I gave my BMW car for servicing and for checking the roof cloth which was leaving its place. After carrying out the Servicing they gave me an estimate of the roof cloth pasting estimate as 21500/- and for only repair of the sunglass piece as 8500/- I requested them not to do the same as I found it to be extremely expensive. But to my horror they removed the cloth which I received in torn condition. They also took the payment on line just to ensure that they have no problem while delivery of the car. I will request you not to come into get the car repaired from them as they are a big cheat. You will land up paying more than expected and their intension is to put you at an inconvenient spot where you are helpless and perforce go back to them and pay more. Regards Brig Jatinder Singh

Terrible experience.In my case not everything ws not done as mentioned in the package.They dramatically share photos & videos with u where figuring out genuinity is impossible since it's not live but recorded.Wen got my car from them, observed that the washing/cleaning was pathetic.AC ducts/vents, car seats, dicey, dashboards were untouched & were full of dirt.poor quality shampoo used at glasses.wen after 7-8 days went for pollution check it failed.I called the advisr,he said I can't help it.
