Pitcrew has partnered with multiple service centers in the country who provide reliable car services. Pitcrew engineers have verified the quality of these service centers and have instilled processes to improve the service quality and experience delivered to a customer.
Whenever a “Fulfilled by Pitcrew” service is booked by a customer, a dedicated Pitcrew service engineer would be allocated to the customer who would visit the customer for a vehicle pickup. Post pickup the service engineer would get the required services done through our partner service centers within the “Fulfilled by Pitcrew” platform.
Pitcrew undertakes the entire responsibility of the service quality and will be the single point of contact for customer for any deficiency or issues with services in the “Fulfilled by Pitcrew” category.
Are the Prices shown for “Fulfilled by Pitcrew” services fixed?
Yes, All prices are fixed for “Fulfilled by Pitcrew” service type. There will be no variation in the prices for the services carried out as mentioned in the service details. Any additional services if requested by the customer will be charged extra.
