Rear Door Child Lock

All cars nowadays come with a child lock feature on both the rear doors. You can’t see the lock from outside, by the rear door handles. It is situated beyond anyone’s ability to see it. The lock is put on the inward metal area of the door, between the door pad and edge of the door.

The lock once enacted mechanically, won’t let the rear doors get opened from inside and can only be opened when somebody opens them from the outside. This is useful if you are traveling with small children sitting at rear seat of your car. So no one can accidentally open the door while driving.

Wipers can be replaced easily, but to do that you need to lift them vertical for replacement. Now a days in many cars, wipers are designed in such a way that they can’t be lifted directly, bonnet interferes the lifting.

Such wipers have an administrative position which will move the wipers up and enable you to lift them. In all VWs and Skoda, the best approach to do this is subsequently by closing the ignition, pull the wiper stalk down. The wiper blades will move upwards. This will enable your car mechanics to lift the wipers without harming the paint on the car’s bonnet.

Disable Central Lock Sound

Remote auto locks can get irritating particularly with the constant beep sounds that they have. There is a feature in Mahindra/Renault has features that not only removes the sound, but it switches off the reverse buzzer, as well. This feature is activated by pressing the button in the center of the central lock and after that promptly pressing the lock-unlock button.

Enabling Night Mode | Anti-Glare Feature of rear view mirror

When driving in the night – it is a common problem that the rear vehicle head lights causes significant loss of driving vision when reversing the car. The rear view mirror is fitted with anti-glare feature which once enabled removes significant reflection.
